Client Responsibilities

Delays in communication or deliverables may impact project timelines.
Payments
All payments must be made according to the agreed terms. Projects may require a deposit or full payment upfront. Work will not begin until payment is received.
Due to the custom nature of services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables are transferred to the client. Website By Brooke retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing, and promotional materials.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use your website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Revisions & Scope
Each service includes a defined scope. Additional revisions or requests outside that scope may require additional fees.
Termination
